place where individuals living with mental health challenge
s feel safe, supported, and a sense of belonging? The Sanctu
ary Course was created to inspire and equip communities of f
aith that are asking this important question. Developed in c
onsultation with mental health professionals, theologians, a
nd people with lived experience, this eight-session study gu
ide explores key mental health topics and examines meaningfu
l ways to offer companionship, support recovery, and promote
wellbeing. Who is it for? The Sanctuary Course is a study g
uide for small groups, designed to raise awareness and start
conversations in local churches regarding mental health. Yo
ur group might include: People with questions about mental h
ealth Mental health professionals with a wealth of knowledge
to share Leaders who want to engage their community in ment
al health conversations People supporting loved ones with me
ntal health challenges People living with mental health chal
lenges The Hampton FM Church will be running this course fro
m April 12th to May 31st. It will be Sunday afternoons from
