Neighbourhood Potluck

In conversation the neighbors on Geary, we are hosting a Neighbourhood Potluck

June 19th 6:00pm
In the Church Parking Lot (or indoors if it rains)

Please bring a dish to share with others.

It's important that we let each other know that we don't face these moments in life alone. We want to provide a space where the community can come together, not only to support those directly affected, but each other as well. Our intent is that this is also an expression of thanks to the emergency workers who risk themselves daily for our safety and did so on May 29th. We hope to see you and please spread the word.

Counselling

Moments like this have a high emotional cost. Even if you were not directly affected by this fire, you may experience feelings of grief and trauma. Please know that Rapid Access Counselling is available and can be a good option if you need help. There are also many good counsellors and group practices in the city. You do not have to carry these burdens alone.
